'das Vokabular' and 'die Begrifflichkeit' both have to do with words in a particular field. 'Vokabular' refers more to the words themselves: the vocabulary of a person, a language, or a subject area. 'Begrifflichkeit' sounds more specialized and means not only the words, but also how exactly they are understood and defined. The words can be confused when talking about specialized texts. If you are talking about the set of words, 'Vokabular' fits better. If it is about precise terms and clear meanings in a theory or discussion, 'Begrifflichkeit' is more accurate.
