The service
Membel provides vocabulary-learning pages, search, saved-word tools, review scheduling, collections, video examples, and related learning features. Public v1 is offered without a paid subscription. Features and content may change as the product improves.
Your account
- Provide accurate account information and keep access to your email account secure.
- Do not share credentials or use another person's account without permission.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you report unauthorized access promptly.
- You may request account and associated-data deletion through Contact.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- break the law, harass others, or submit abusive or unlawful material;
- probe, bypass, overload, or interfere with security and rate limits;
- automate bulk extraction of private corpus data or attempt to access another user's information;
- misuse reporting, feedback, or community channels;
- present Membel content or branding as your own service without permission.
Learning content
Membel aims to provide accurate educational information, but translations, examples, images, subtitles, comparisons, and schedules may contain mistakes. The service is a learning aid, not professional, legal, medical, or certified translation advice. Please report content problems through Feedback.
Third-party content
Some examples link to or embed third-party services such as YouTube. Their content, availability, and terms are controlled by those providers. Membel may remove or replace third-party examples when they become unavailable or inappropriate.
Availability and changes
Membel may update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. Reasonable care is taken to protect learning progress, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or serious violations of these terms. You may stop using Membel at any time.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. The law that applies to your use of Membel depends on the mandatory protections and jurisdiction available to you.
