'möglich' is more general and fits in many situations, including when you only want to say that something is allowed, conceivable, or feasible. 'durchführbar' sounds more precise and practical: it is used especially with plans, projects, or measures when asking whether they can really be implemented. In everyday language, 'möglich' is often more natural; in planning and organization, 'durchführbar' is often more precise.
