'vorliegend' only says that something is now present and can be reviewed or used. The words can be confused because submitted documents may later also be available. But not everything that is available has been officially submitted. If the act of handing something in is important, 'eingereicht' fits. If only the current state of being available is important, 'vorliegend' fits.
