'der Morgen' and 'der Hektar' belong to completely different areas. 'der Morgen' refers to a time of day, the period from the early day until about noon. 'der Hektar' is a unit of measurement for area, for example for fields or plots of land. They may seem confusable mainly if you only notice that both nouns are masculine and can occur in factual texts. In terms of meaning, however, they do not go together: with 'Morgen' you talk about time, and with 'Hektar' you talk about area.
