'das Büro' and 'das Homeoffice' can both refer to a workplace for professional work. 'Büro' is normally the workspace at the employer's office or in a company. 'Homeoffice' means either working from home or the workplace at home. The words can be confused because in both cases you work at a computer and do professional tasks. The important difference is the location: in a 'Büro', you usually work outside your home; in the 'Homeoffice', you work at home.
