Konsorte vs Gesellschafter

A Gesellschafter owns shares in a company and is therefore a co-owner. A Konsorte, on the other hand, belongs to a consortium formed for a joint business venture. Use Gesellschafter for ownership of shares, and Konsorte for cooperation within such an association.
