'die Sendezeit' and 'die Primetime' both have to do with the time when a program is broadcast on television or radio. 'Sendezeit' is general: every program has an airtime, whether in the morning, afternoon, or at night. 'Primetime' is a special airtime, usually in the evening, when especially many people are watching or listening. The words can be confused because prime time is also an airtime. But not every airtime is prime time. If you simply mean the scheduled time of a program, use 'Sendezeit'. If you mean the important evening time slot, use 'Primetime'.
