'der Prozess' and 'der Process' basically mean the same thing: a procedure, a process, or also a court case. The important difference is the spelling. 'Prozess' is the normal modern German form. 'Process' is rare or outdated and usually looks wrong or very unfamiliar in normal texts. Learners can easily confuse the words because they look almost the same. In current German texts, you almost always use 'Prozess', unless you are deliberately quoting an old spelling or a special title.
