The adjective 'stolz' (proud) is almost always used with the preposition 'auf' and the accusative when naming the reason for the pride.
Ich bin so stolz auf dich!
I'm so proud of you!
In combination with prices, amounts, or numbers, 'stolz' means something like 'beachtlich' (considerable) or 'ganz schön hoch' (pretty high). It then comes directly before the noun.
Das Gebäude hat eine stolze Höhe von 200 Metern.
The building has an impressive height of 200 meters.
'Stolz' (proud) can be positive (self-worth) or negative (arrogant). The negative meaning often becomes clear from the context, for example when someone does not do something good because of it.
Er war zu stolz, um Hilfe anzunehmen.
He was too proud to accept help.
The reason for the pride can also be a whole subordinate clause. You then use 'stolz darauf, dass ...' (proud that ...) or an infinitive construction with 'stolz darauf, ... zu ...' (proud to ...).
Er ist stolz darauf, dass er die Prüfung bestanden hat.
He is proud that he passed the exam.
satisfied
'stolz' and 'zufrieden' both describe a positive feeling after an achievement or about a result. 'stolz' is stronger and more personal: you are happy because you yourself, or someone close to you, has achieved something special. People often say 'stolz auf' (proud of). 'zufrieden' is calmer and more general: something is good enough, and you do not want any change. Learners may confuse the words because both fit after success. If an achievement is important and you want to emphasize it, 'stolz' fits. If a result is simply okay or good, 'zufrieden' fits.

Nach der bestandenen Prüfung war Mehmet sehr stolz auf sich.
After passing the exam, Mehmet was very proud of himself.
Leon war mit dem Ergebnis der Reparatur zufrieden.
