'die Güte' and 'das Wohlwollen' both have to do with a friendly attitude toward others. 'Güte' is more about a person's quality: someone is kind, forgiving, and means no harm to others. 'Wohlwollen' more strongly describes a positive attitude toward a particular person, thing, or idea. You show 'Wohlwollen' when you support something or are well-disposed toward someone.
