When talking about the activity itself, 'Yoga' (yoga) is usually used without an article, similar to sports or hobbies. The most common verb in this context is 'machen' (to do).
Ich mache dreimal pro Woche Yoga.
I do yoga three times a week.
The most common combination is 'Yoga machen' (to do yoga). A little more formally, or when you want to emphasize the practice, you can also say 'Yoga praktizieren' (to practice yoga) or 'Yoga üben' (to practice yoga).
Er praktiziert seit über zehn Jahren Yoga.
He has been practicing yoga for over ten years.
'Yoga' (yoga) is a very productive base word for many compounds. When you see words like 'Yogamatte' (yoga mat), 'Yogakurs' (yoga course), 'Yogastunde' (yoga class), or 'Yogalehrer' (yoga teacher), you immediately recognize the connection.
Ich habe meine Yogamatte zu Hause vergessen.
I forgot my yoga mat at home.
