'der Einsatz' and 'der Aktivismus' both have to do with taking active action toward a goal. 'Einsatz' is more general: you can show Einsatz at work, in a club, at school, or for other people. 'Aktivismus' is more specific and means public action for political, social, or ecological goals, for example at demonstrations or in campaigns. If someone is simply helping a lot or working hard, you would more likely say 'Einsatz'. If someone is visibly fighting for social change, 'Aktivismus' fits.
