Word composition
'Apfelsaft' (apple juice) is a simple compound made up of 'der Apfel' (the apple) and 'der Saft' (the juice). The structure '[fruit] + saft' is very common in German, for example in 'Orangensaft' (orange juice) or 'Kirschsaft' (cherry juice).

Important distinction
When buying or ordering apple juice, the distinction between 'klar' (clear) and 'naturtrüb' (naturally cloudy) is common. Naturally cloudy apple juice still contains fruit pulp and is not filtered.

'der Most' and 'der Apfelsaft' can both be made from pressed apples. 'Apfelsaft' is the general, clear term for juice from apples, the kind you drink from the supermarket or at home. 'Most' is more specific: it can be freshly pressed juice that is not yet fermented or only partly fermented. In some regions, 'Most' also means an alcoholic drink made from apples or pears. That is why the words can easily be confused. If you simply mean juice to drink, 'Apfelsaft' is usually more natural. 'Most' fits better in contexts such as the harvest, a cider press, or regional drinks.
