Bundesliga club
Both words refer to a club or team in the highest national division. Bundesligist is used only when that top division is called the Bundesliga, whereas Erstligist is general and can be used regardless of the country or sport. Use Bundesligist for the German or Austrian Bundesliga and Erstligist for other top divisions.
