'Gekleidet' (dressed) is the past participle of the verb 'kleiden' or 'sich kleiden' (to dress / to dress oneself). It is used like an adjective to describe the state of a person who is wearing clothing.
Er kleidet sich immer sehr modisch.
He always dresses very fashionably.
The word 'gekleidet' (dressed) is almost always accompanied by an adverb that describes the type of clothing. Typical combinations are 'gut gekleidet' (well dressed), 'warm gekleidet' (warmly dressed), 'elegant gekleidet' (elegantly dressed), or 'passend gekleidet' (appropriately dressed).
Für die Wanderung im Schnee waren wir zum Glück sehr warm gekleidet.
For the hike in the snow, we were thankfully dressed very warmly.
To describe the color or material of the clothing, German often uses the preposition 'in' followed by the accusative. The construction is then: 'in [color/material] gekleidet sein' (to be dressed in [color/material]).
Die Braut war ganz in Weiß gekleidet.
The bride was dressed entirely in white.
Der Schauspieler war für seine Rolle in schwere Rüstung gekleidet.
The actor was dressed in heavy armor for his role.
