'Geographie' and 'Geografie' mean the same thing. Both words refer to the science of the Earth's surface, landscapes, people, climate, and spatial structures. Both can also mean the spatial characteristics of an area. The risk of confusion here is not in the meaning, but in the spelling: 'Geographie' is the traditional spelling with 'ph', while 'Geografie' is the spelling with 'f'. In normal texts, 'Geografie' is very common; 'Geographie' feels a little more classical or technical.
