'Solidarität' and 'Hilfsbereitschaft' both have to do with support. 'Hilfsbereitschaft' more often describes a personal attitude: someone is willing to help others. 'Solidarität' more strongly describes cohesion between people or groups, often because of shared interests, values, or problems. The words can be confused because people who show solidarity are often also helpful. But 'Hilfsbereitschaft' can be shown by an individual person in everyday life; 'Solidarität' sounds more like mutual support within a group or for a group.
