'meinetwegen' is closer to 'von mir aus' (as far as I’m concerned) or 'ich habe nichts dagegen' (I have nothing against it). It can sound neutral, but also somewhat indifferent or reluctant. If you want to agree clearly, 'einverstanden' is more natural. If it is not very important to you or you are just giving in, 'meinetwegen' fits better.
