An adverb that expresses that something does not exist or cannot be found in any place or location.
Ich habe meine Brille überall gesucht, aber sie ist nirgendwo zu finden.
I looked everywhere for my glasses, but they are nowhere to be found.
The word 'nirgendwo' (nowhere) is the negation of 'irgendwo' (somewhere). The prefix 'n-' at the beginning works as in 'niemand' (no one) or 'nie' (never) and negates the entire word.
Ich kann meine Schlüssel nirgendwo finden.
I can’t find my keys anywhere.
'Nirgendwo' (nowhere) is already a negation. Therefore, do not use an additional 'nicht' (not) in the same sentence. The sentence 'Ich habe es nicht nirgendwo gesehen' is incorrect.
Ich habe so ein schönes Haus noch nirgendwo gesehen.
I have never seen such a beautiful house anywhere.
As an adverb, 'nirgendwo' (nowhere) can stand at the beginning of the sentence in position 1, which leads to inversion (verb in position 2). But it can also stand after the conjugated verb and the subject.
Nirgendwo ist es so schön wie zu Hause.
Nowhere is as beautiful as home.
