Word structure
Adjectives that refer to countries are often formed in German with the ending '-isch.' 'Pakistan' becomes 'pakistanisch' (Pakistani), just as 'Italien' (Italy) becomes 'italienisch' (Italian).

Common mistake
In German, adjectives derived from country names are written in lowercase, except at the beginning of a sentence. So write 'der pakistanische Tee' (the Pakistani tea), not 'der Pakistanische Tee.'
