Palatine
Pfälzer and pfälzisch can both express that a product comes from the Palatinate. Pfälzer is used attributively before a noun, is capitalized, and does not take inflection. Pfälzisch is a regularly inflected adjective. Therefore, it is Pfälzer Wein but pfälzischer Wein.
