'Wegziehen' is a separable verb. The prefix 'weg-' comes at the end in a main clause. In subordinate clauses and in the infinitive with 'zu', the verb stays together.

In this weather context, abziehen is the more common fixed expression, while wegziehen emphasizes movement away from the place more strongly. For a normal weather forecast, abziehen is usually the better choice.
