Akzeptabel and zufriedenstellend both describe a performance or result that is not perfect but may be sufficient. Akzeptabel often sounds more reserved and can also allow for something being merely tolerable; zufriedenstellend more strongly suggests that requirements or expectations have actually been met. For quality that is only just tolerated, akzeptabel is therefore a better fit.
