A Diagramm is a type of Grafik, but Diagramm more specifically refers to a graphic representation of data or relationships. Grafik is the broader term and can also refer to other visual representations. Diagramm is especially precise for bar, line, or pie forms; otherwise, Grafik is often sufficient.
