'die Überführung' and 'die Eisenbahnbrücke' can both refer to a bridge in traffic contexts. 'Überführung' is more general: it carries one traffic route over another, for example a road over tracks or a footpath over a road. 'Eisenbahnbrücke' is more specific: it is a bridge for trains, that is, for rail traffic. The words can be confused when talking about bridges near tracks. If you only want to say that something goes over something else, 'Überführung' fits. If trains travel on the bridge, 'Eisenbahnbrücke' is more precise.
