The pattern for forming the word is also used for the other Nobel Prizes. You simply replace the first part, e.g. 'Literaturnobelpreis' (Nobel Prize in Literature), 'Chemienobelpreis' (Nobel Prize in Chemistry), or 'Physiknobelpreis' (Nobel Prize in Physics).

'der Nobelpreis' and 'der Friedensnobelpreis' are closely related, but they are not the same. 'Nobelpreis' is the general name for several international prizes, for example in medicine, physics, chemistry, literature, and peace. 'Friedensnobelpreis' is only the Nobel Prize for special achievements for peace. The words can be confusing because the Nobel Peace Prize is a Nobel Prize. If the subject or field is not important, you generally say 'Nobelpreis'. If it is specifically about peace, you say 'Friedensnobelpreis'.
