'die Führung' is more general: it can refer to the leadership of a company, a club, a party, or a group. 'die Geschäftsleitung' fits more specifically with a company and refers to the people who make the most important decisions there. Learners may confuse the words because both have to do with leading. In practice: in a company, 'Geschäftsleitung' is often more precise; for groups or organizations in general, 'Führung' is more natural.
