'das Mausoleum' is much more specific: it is a large and often magnificent tomb building. It is more likely to be built for rulers or very important people. Learners may confuse the words because a mausoleum is also a kind of grave. But not every grave is a mausoleum. In everyday language, 'Grab' is almost always the appropriate word; 'Mausoleum' fits large historical or special structures.
