Mausoleum vs Grab
grave
'das Grab' and 'das Mausoleum' both belong to the area of death and burial. 'das Grab' is the general place where a deceased person is buried, usually in a cemetery. 'das Mausoleum' is much more specific: it is a large and often magnificent tomb building. It is more likely to be built for rulers or very important people. Learners may confuse the words because a mausoleum is also a kind of grave. But not every grave is a mausoleum. In everyday language, 'Grab' is almost always the appropriate word; 'Mausoleum' fits large historical or special structures.
