'hausen' and 'randalieren' can both describe wild behavior involving noise, violence, or damage. 'randalieren' is more specific when people act loudly and violently, often in a group and often in a public space. Sometimes things are deliberately damaged in the process. 'hausen' is broader and describes someone behaving recklessly somewhere and leaving a place in a terrible state. It does not necessarily have to involve a group or public noise. So 'randalieren' describes the loud action more, while 'hausen' emphasizes the terrible state left behind afterward.
