'das Bild' and 'die Textur' can both be something visible in digital contexts. However, a 'Bild' is a representation, for example a photo, a drawing, or the display on a screen. In computer graphics, a 'Textur' is a digital image that is placed onto the surface of a 3D model so that the surface gets color or a pattern. So a texture can technically consist of an image, but it is not simply any picture. Learners may confuse the words when talking about graphics programs or games. For normal photos and visual representations, you say 'Bild'; for surfaces in 3D graphics, 'Textur' is more likely.
