'Gesundheit' and 'Wellness' both have to do with well-being. 'Gesundheit' is the general state of the body and also the mind: you are healthy or ill. 'Wellness' is more about relaxation and pleasant services such as a sauna, massage, or spa. The words can be confused because wellness is often supposed to be good for health. Even so, 'Gesundheit' is much broader and also medical. 'Wellness' fits more naturally when the topic is relaxation, self-care, and leisure services.
