'Youtuber' and 'Blogger' both refer to people who regularly publish content on the internet. The most important difference is the form and the platform. A 'Youtuber' mainly makes videos for YouTube. A 'Blogger' mainly writes posts on a blog, so mostly texts, sometimes with pictures. The words can be confused because both work online and have an audience. If the person publishes videos on YouTube, 'Youtuber' fits. If they write articles or personal posts, 'Blogger' fits better.
