'das Glück' and 'die Zufriedenheit' both describe a positive inner state. 'Glück' is often stronger and can mean a feeling of great joy. 'Zufriedenheit' is calmer: you are content with a situation and do not need anything more at the moment. Learners may confuse the words because satisfied people often also seem happy. When it is about strong joy, 'Glück' fits better. When it is about calm, balance, and 'it is good as it is', 'Zufriedenheit' is more precise.
