The view or panorama that you can see from a certain point, for example from a window or from a mountain.

'Ausblick' (view/outlook) is made up of 'aus' (out) and 'der Blick' (look/view). Literally, it is a 'look outside.' This fits both the view from a place and the forward-looking view into the future.
Vom Berggipfel hatten wir einen weiten Ausblick.
From the mountain summit, we had a wide view.
You can recognize the meaning from the context. If it is about a place, it means the view (often with adjectives like 'schön' (beautiful) or 'herrlich' (magnificent)). If it is about the future, it means a forecast (often with adjectives like 'positiv' (positive) or 'düster' (gloomy)).
Das Hotelzimmer bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Berge.
The hotel room offers a magnificent view of the mountains.
When it is about the view, typical phrases are 'einen Ausblick haben/genießen auf (+ accusative)' (to have/enjoy a view of) or 'ein Zimmer mit Ausblick' (a room with a view).
Von hier oben genießt man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die ganze Stadt.

In the meaning of 'Prognose' (forecast), the word is very often used in an economic or business context, for example 'der wirtschaftliche Ausblick' (the economic outlook) or 'einen Ausblick auf das nächste Geschäftsjahr geben' (to give an outlook for the next fiscal year).
Die Chefin gab einen Ausblick auf die geplanten Projekte.

'der Blick' and 'der Ausblick' can both mean a view, that is, what you can see from a place. 'der Blick' is more general and also fits short or simple situations: 'ein Blick aus dem Fenster' (a look out the window), 'ein Blick auf den See' (a view of the lake). 'der Ausblick' sounds more like a beautiful or wide view from a fixed point, for example from a balcony, window, or mountain. They can be confused when talking about landscapes. 'Ausblick' is more natural when the view itself is important; 'Blick' also fits when only the direction or the act of looking is emphasized.
Auf dem Berg haben wir den Ausblick über das ganze Tal genossen.
On the mountain, we enjoyed the view over the whole valley.
