Typical verbs
A prognosis or forecast is typically 'gestellt' (made/given) or 'abgegeben' (issued/given). Later, a prognosis can 'sich bestätigen' (be confirmed) or turn out to be wrong.

To express what the prediction refers to, the preposition 'für' (for) with the accusative is usually used.
