'Einloggen' (to log in) is a separable verb. The prefix 'ein-' goes at the end in a main clause. In subordinate clauses and in the infinitive with 'zu', the verb stays together.

On a website, sich anmelden and sich einloggen can refer to accessing the same account with login details. Sich einloggen is clearly restricted to digital systems; sich anmelden is also correct there, but is used in other contexts as well. Both are therefore possible for the technical process.
