'sprachlos' mainly means that someone cannot say anything at that moment. The reason can be shock, but also great surprise, amazement, or anger. So 'entsetzt' describes the feeling more strongly; 'sprachlos' describes the visible reaction more strongly. You can be entsetzt and therefore sprachlos, but not every speechless person is automatically entsetzt.
