'die Liebe' and 'die Romantik' can both have to do with feelings and relationships. 'die Liebe' means a deep feeling of affection for a person. 'die Romantik' is more about an emotional mood, for example during a lovely evening, candlelight, or in a special place. The words can be confused because romance often appears in love relationships. But love is the feeling itself, while romance is more the atmosphere or the way a situation feels.
