Separable verb
'Umschlagen' (to turn over / fold over / change) is separable in these meanings: In a main clause, 'um' (over) appears at the end of the sentence; in a subordinate clause, it remains attached to the verb. With the infinitive using 'zu' (to), 'zu' comes between 'um' and 'schlagen'.
