Ich stimme dir vollkommen zu, dass wir etwas ändern müssen.

Usage tips
Separable verb
'Zustimmen' (to agree / to approve) is a separable verb. The prefix 'zu' stands at the end of the main clause. In subordinate clauses and in the infinitive with 'zu', the verb stays together.
EXAMPLE
Er stimmt meinem Vorschlag sofort zu.
He agrees to my proposal immediately.
Use with dative
This verb always requires the dative. You agree with 'jemandem' (someone) or agree to 'etwas' (something, a plan, an idea).
EXAMPLE
Die Eltern haben der Reise ihrer Tochter zugestimmt.
The parents approved their daughter's trip.
Degree of agreement
To strengthen the agreement, you can use adverbs such as 'voll' (fully), 'ganz' (completely), 'vollkommen' (completely), or 'uneingeschränkt' (without reservation).
EXAMPLE
In diesem Punkt stimme ich dir voll und ganz zu.
On this point, I fully and completely agree with you.

zustimmen vs stimmen
to be right / to vote / to tune
'stimmen' and 'zustimmen' both have to do with opinion or decision-making. 'stimmen' is used when you cast your vote in an election or vote, usually 'für' or 'gegen' (for or against) something. 'zustimmen' means that you agree with an opinion, proposal, or decision. The person or thing often appears in the dative: 'dem Vorschlag zustimmen' (to agree to the proposal). The words can be confused because agreement and voting can occur together. But you 'stimmt bei einer Abstimmung' (vote in a vote), and you 'stimmt einem Vorschlag zu' (agree to a proposal).
zustimmen
Die Ärztin stimmt dem Vorschlag der Patientin zu.
The doctor agrees with the patient's suggestion.
