'die Serie' and 'die Edition' can both refer to a group of products. 'Serie' is more general and fits when products are manufactured according to the same pattern, often in large numbers. 'Edition' sounds more specific: it is often limited, specially designed, or made for a particular occasion. The words can be confused because people also talk about a 'limitierte Serie' (limited series) or a 'limitierte Edition' (limited edition). If it is only about regular production, 'Serie' is more natural. If the special version is being emphasized, 'Edition' fits better.
