Capitalization
As an adjective, 'englisch' (English) is written with a lowercase letter in German. But when it is used as a noun for the language itself, it is capitalized: 'Englisch' (English).
EXAMPLE
Ich lese gerne englische Bücher.

Correct preposition
When you want to express which language something happens in, you use the preposition 'auf' (in). So you say 'auf Englisch sprechen' (to speak in English), 'auf Englisch schreiben' (to write in English), or 'ein Film auf Englisch' (a film in English).
