'integrieren' and 'einarbeiten' can both mean that someone or something becomes part of a larger whole. 'integrieren' is more general and fits well when people are accepted into a group or society, or when parts are joined into one unit. 'einarbeiten' is used especially for new tasks at work, or when you incorporate information or material into a text, plan, or dough. With people, the difference is important: you integrate someone into a team, but you train someone for a new task. So 'einarbeiten' emphasizes learning and guidance, while 'integrieren' is more about belonging or being inserted into something.
