'Die Anordnung' (order / arrangement) is the noun corresponding to the verb 'anordnen' (to arrange / order). Verfügung and Anordnung can both refer to a binding official directive. Verfügung emphasizes the official, usually written decision or order issued by an authority or court. Anordnung is broader and also fits an official command issued by other authorities, such as a superior.
